Things you should know
- Monthly Unlimited plans have a 4 hour session time limit if more than 95% of our dial-up pool is used.
- Call charges are your responsibility, and are in addition to these fees, payable to your phone line provider.
- Casual block hours have no expiry, however the account must be regularly used to avoid automatic deductions from your time.
- The service is only the cost of a local call if you dial from a standard fixed line using the correct dial-in number.
