Configuring Outlook Express
The following infomarion shows you how you can configure Outlook Express for use with your EscapeNet email accounts.
1. Open Outlook Express
Open Outlook Express by clicking on its icon on your computer.
2. Default Email Client
Outlook Express will ask you if you'd like to make it the default mail client. You can click yes.
3. Add a new Email Account
Click on the Tools Menu then go to Accounts.
4. Internet Accounts
Click on the Mail tab, then Add - Mail.
5. Internet Connection Wizard - Your Name
This is the name people will see when you send them an email.
6. Internet Connection Wizard - Internet Email Address
Type in your full EscapeNet email address.
7. Internet Connection Wizard - Email Server Names
Type in the EscapeNet Incoming and Outgoing mail servers.
7. Internet Connection Wizard - Internet Mail Logon
Type in your username and password. Please remember the password is case sensitive. Tick 'Remember Password' button.
7. Congratulations! your email is configured
You can now send and receive your EscapeNet email.
